Refund Policy

THE NATIONAL PLAYER FEE IS ONLY REFUNDABLE IF REGISTRATION IS CANCELLED BEFORE THE PLAYER ATTENDS A GAME. THIS FEE IS ONLY PAID ONCE PER YEAR REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOUR CHILD PLAYS. The national player fee includes soccer accident insurance and volunteer training.

Refund requests must be submitted to the registrar via email ([email protected]). Refund requests will be approved on a case by case basis.

Limited Request Policy

We form teams each year, divided first by division, then we create teams based on birth date, location, and schools where applicable. For co-ed teams (age 12 & up), we also balance boys and girls per team based on registration numbers.

Each player is allowed to request placement on a team with one other player, both players need to be in agreement. Both players need to be within the birth year range for that division. We will not move players down in divisions to accommodate friend requests.

Coach's children will automatically be placed on their team. Extended family members (cousins, etc.) can request to be placed on the same team as other family members. Siblings within the same division will be placed on the same team.
